what do I do if my account is locked?

Sometimes we’ll lock a customer’s account for security reasons – most often because there have been a number of unsuccessful attempts to log in to it.

If your account gets locked, get in touch and we’ll sort it out. Call us on 13 15 63, Monday to Friday 8am–8pm or Saturday 9am–5pm (AEST/AEDT).
